Trip started well at Melbourne airport until I got on to the plane. United Airlines sure doesn't boast about its international economy, and now I know why. Plane was all intact, but inflight entertainment was somewhat lacking. So much for flying the friendly skies with United.....blah blah blah. I won't even mention the food, the lack of comfort and my personal favourite, the cleanliness of the plane. I was scared to keep the air vent open, as there was quite a thick layer of 'dust' at the vent opening. Did you say pulmonary disease breeding ground?? Ahhhhh, all I kept thinking of was Qantas, even with its mechanical issues.....
